New Hope Support Services, LLC (NHSS) is a human services agency serving Southwest and Central Virginia. We offer Mental Health Skill-building Services (formerly named Mental Health Support Services), Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services for individuals 18 and older, Outpatient Counseling, and Therapeutic Mentoring services for adolescents and young adults. In-office and on-site appointments are available, as well as evening and weekend appointments. NHSS is licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services. We accept Medicaid payments.

MISSION STATEMENT
Through our commitment to providing quality services, NHSS seeks to promote independence, increase daily living skills and personal empowerment, and improve quality of life of those in the community with special needs.
To achieve our goals in the community NHSS provides mental health support services for individuals who suffer from serious mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and/or substance abuse. NHSS also looks to empower the future by providing Therapeutic Mentoring for adolescents and teens.
